What does disgust feel like to you? It can feel different for each of us and is can feel different in ourselves depending on what is making is feel it. Disgust Makes Me Sick seeks to assist children and parents in identifying what disgust feels like in an attempt to work through the underlying emotions. Once we can identify it, and work through it, we are well on our way to emotional intelligence through our very important task of shadow work.
