Whether you're a native or tourist, adult or child; those sugar powdered squares of fried heaven are everyone's guilty pleasure... everyone including a young New Orleans resident named Dillan. "Hooray for Beignets" is the story of Dillan and his mom's journey through New Orleans in hopes of enjoying a delectable piece of history known as the beignet. The story takes you down the Canal Street streetcar line and through New Orleans' historic French Quarter. The pair encounters several surprises along the way, but when their journey comes to an end... will Dillan be able to say "HOORAY FOR BEIGNETS?"
