I'm Going to the Hospital (Paperback)

The "I'm Going..." series deals with the uncomfortable trips children need to make sometimes: going to the dentist, getting a haircut, the first day of school and other events. In the first volume we meet the little kid who doesn't like to do anything new, but in this story they are facing the frightening reality of having to go to the hospital.
