Description
My Mother Loves Me, No Matter What (written by A.J. Chilson) is a rhyming picture book story about a young boy who is picked on at school, and therefore has no friends. Until, that is, he returns home into the loving arms of a mother who loves him, no matter what. The bullying that this young boy is forced to endure stems from a presumption made by others about who the boy is supposedly attracted to. This author makes it clear in this book that homophobic (or anti-gay) behavior is bad behavior.
