This illustrated children's book follows the story of a dog, Rusty as he begins to make more educated decisions regarding food. He starts the book eating mostly junk food and feeling sick, but realizes that he feels better when he eats whole foods. He then transforms his lifestyle, keeping in mind the concept of moderation and still letting himself occasionally indulge in treats.
