The topics that are discussed are real life issues that our youth face daily and many of them are struggling in silence. It's time that we stop covering up the issues and deal with them head on. Our youth are dealing with so much and this book allows them to think situations through, be honest with themselves and think of alternate ways to handle situations. After each topic, there is a question, answer and journaling portion for each young lady to collect her thoughts, while allowing her the opportunity to reflect on her own decisions.
