Description
Charles and his dog, Spot, set out on a quest to play hopscotch. Their venture is the same day after day yet no one will let them join in and play, "You can't play hopscotch wearing funny frog face flip flops," is what they would say. Discouraged one day he begins to cry and Spot licks the tears of his favorite guy. To cheer Charles up Spot fetches a stick and that's when the fun truly begins.
