Description
Hope Stevens is fresh off her amazing summer at The Guesthouse in Lake Chelan. Instead of returning to her home in Lynnwood, she is temporarily staying at The Guesthouse and attending Chelan High. With a new home, new school, new friends, and new soccer team, Hope already has a lot to deal with, and then...tragedy strikes the town.
Later, Hope makes a shocking discovery while she is jogging, which leads to a fifty-year-old famous crime being solved. This revelation propels Hope into the national spotlight, which proves to be scary and invasive but, ultimately, beneficial to her future.
Also this fall, Hope makes a decision about her faith which threatens to drive a wedge in her growing relationship with Conner.
