Kiersten Shorter is enjoying the happiest day of her 13 years. She has her three best friends over to help prepare for her birthday party. Her parents just gave her a cute puppy as a present. And her Aunt Viv and Uncle Fred surprised her by flying all the way from California to Atlanta.
