Kapota the Merman and the Story of Satya (Paperback)

Under the five Yamas of Ashtanga Yoga, Satya is the Sanskrit word that stands for Truth. In this story, Kapota the Merman is a confident young yogi who takes his first yoga class. He becomes jealous and frustrated when he struggles with the poses. He finds his Satya or his Truth when he explore mermaid pose.
